Mechanized Intelligent Engineering Construction Plan based on Cloud TOPSIS
In the process of high-quality development of power system, the construction of overhead transmission lines has become the core part of power transmission. The reasonable selection of mechanized construction scheme of line engineering has a direct impact on the efficiency, cost and safety of the project. However, the traditional construction scheme selection usually depends on the experience of experts and a single evaluation index, which is not only inefficient, but also highly subjective. In order to solve these problems, this study proposes an intelligent overhead transmission line mechanized construction scheme selection method and system that integrates cloud-TOPSIS method and multi-factor evaluation. By fully considering the key elements such as construction period, construction efficiency and cost control, the quantitative analysis and comprehensive evaluation of various construction schemes are realized by establishing a comprehensive evaluation system and database. The design of the system is mainly based on the cloud-TOPSIS method to deal with the uncertainty in the selection of construction schemes for overhead transmission lines. The application of this method helps to improve the accuracy and credibility of the evaluation results. Through the comparative analysis of the construction schemes of the implemented overhead transmission line projects, the scientificity and practicability of the method and system are verified. The research results show that the system can not only significantly improve the efficiency of construction scheme selection, but also optimize the allocation of construction resources, which is helpful to reduce the construction cost and shorten the construction period. In short, the application of the intelligent construction scheme comparison system is conducive to improving the efficiency and benefit of mechanized construction of overhead transmission line projects, and has important practical value and promotion prospects.
