Analysis and optimization of tea packaging design requirements based on KANO model
In order to solve the current contradictions of serious homogeneity of tea packaging design, lack of innovation in packaging design and deviation from consumer demand, this paper constructs a three-dimensional cognitive framework for tea packaging design needs based on the KANO-QFD-AHP integrated analysis model. Through a series of empirical studies, it was found that Anxi Tieguanyin packaging needs showed significant nonlinear layering characteristics. On the basis of demand analysis and key discussions on the innovative optimization of tea packaging design, proposed a "time and space folding" narrative structure, transforming traditional tea ceremony processes into triggerable cultural decoding mechanisms; developing a "breathing interaction system", and upgrading the perceptual dimensions of packaging through thermal-sensitive materials and flexible electronic technology; establishing a cultural grammar translation system, and using biological simulation design and laser micro-carving technology to reconstruct regional cultural expression paradigms.
