Construction and Analysis Report of Photovoltaic Flexible Structure Monitoring Platform

This document introduces the monitoring and analysis work of photovoltaic flexible structures. According to project requirements, various sensors are arranged to monitor the status of photovoltaic flexible structures, and a stable, reliable, real-time monitoring system for data collection, analysis, and transmission is established to study the mechanical characteristics of photovoltaic flexible structures under different environmental conditions. Meanwhile, by analyzing a large number of characteristic values and real-time collected data, a complete evaluation and early warning system is established. The monitoring system needs to have real-time, automated, and networked characteristics to achieve automatic real-time monitoring of photovoltaic flexible structures. Currently, the monitoring plan has been designed and implemented, the monitoring platform has been constructed, and data collection is underway. The next phase will focus on increasing the sampling frequency of the tilt sensor, strengthening acceleration monitoring and analysis, and conducting numerical and structural stability assessments. Monitoring photovoltaic flexible structures is essential to ensuring their reliability and stability. Real-time monitoring and analysis enable the early detection of potential issues, helping to maintain the safety and efficiency of photovoltaic modules.
