Design of Steering Joint System Based on UG 3D Software and Intelligent Algorithm
With the rapid development of our manufacturing industry, the automobile industry has entered a new chapter, followed by the automobile parts processing and production changes. The automobile steering knuckle is one of the important parts on the automobile steering bridge, because of its complex structure, many processing parts, high processing requirements, difficult positioning and clamping, large production batch and so on, its own pace of production has been severely limited. In view of the double-sequence machining process arrangement for automobile steering knuckle, the machining process of automobile steering knuckle is deeply analyzed, and the design content of the fixture for double-sequence machining is discussed in detail, including: the main content of fixture design, the general idea of fixture design, fixture design process analysis and double-sequence processing fixture specific technical requirements, finally, the final scheme of double-sequence machining clamping for automobile steering knuckle is obtained. At the same time, the parameterized design and technical evaluation of double-sequence machining of automobile steering knuckle are carried out by UG 3D software, and the concrete fixture structure of realizing double-sequence machining of automobile steering knuckle is obtained finally, it lays a solid foundation for the double-sequence machining of automobile steering knuckle.
