Operational Resilience through Digital Integration: Quantifying IoT-Enabled SCOR Model Effectiveness in Mitigating Supply Chain Disruptions
In this article, we explore how to effectively enhance the crisis management capabilities of enterprises in the digital transformation process by combining the SCOR (Supply Chain Operation Reference) model and Internet of Things (IoT) technology. The experimental results indicate that this combination not only optimizes the supply chain management of enterprises, but also significantly improves operational efficiency. Specifically, by applying the SCOR model and IoT technology, the procurement process has been shortened from 50 hours to 39 hours, and the costs of production and distribution have also been significantly reduced. From the experimental data results, it can be seen that the research method enables enterprises to respond to crises more quickly, reduce downtime, and ensure business continuity and efficiency.
