Design and Analysis of Vector Fully Electric Ducted Fan System Based on Multi Physics Coupling Simulation Technology
With the increasing demand for high-performance vector all-electric ducted fan systems in the aerospace field, traditional design methods face the challenge of being unable to effectively integrate multiple physical fields, resulting in low design efficiency and difficulty in performance optimization. In order to solve these problems, this paper designs a design and analysis method for a vector all-electric ducted fan system based on multi-physics coupling simulation technology. First, a multi-physics coupling model of the ducted fan system is established, covering multiple physical fields such as fluid mechanics, electromagnetic fields, and heat conduction, and coupling calculations are performed through efficient computational fluid dynamics (CFD) and electromagnetic field simulation tools. Finally, the performance of the fan system is optimized using a multi-physics coupling simulation platform, and the aerodynamic, thermal and electromagnetic effects under different working conditions are analyzed to find the performance bottleneck. The experimental results show that at 10000 RPM (Revolutions Per Minute), the thrust reaches 5000 N, the power consumption rises to 250,000 W, and the aerodynamic efficiency is 0.02. Although the aerodynamic efficiency is reduced under high speed and high flow conditions, the noise level is effectively controlled through optimized design (the noise level is 105 dB at 10,000 RPM), and the stability of the structure is significantly enhanced (the maximum stress reaches 82 MPa at 9,000 RPM). These experimental data validate the effectiveness of multi physics coupling simulation technology in comprehensively evaluating and optimizing the performance of vector all electric ducted fan systems.
