Design and Implementation of User Centered External Service Support System

The existing external network service application system lacks unified user authentication and security management standards, resulting in difficulty in achieving efficient integration and collaboration of applications independently developed by various business units, which increases security risks and management costs. Therefore, this paper designs and implements a user-centric external network service support system, aiming to establish a unified external service platform to centrally access and manage various business applications. In terms of methodology, a requirement analysis of the existing system is first conducted to clarify the necessity of authentication and integration standards; secondly, a unified user authentication system has been established, integrating applications from various business units and enabling data exchange between applications through API interfaces; in addition, a security control mechanism has been established to ensure the security of data transmission between the internal and external networks. The new support system has a certification success rate of 98.7% and a maximum response time of only 1.2 seconds. The user centered external network service support system effectively solves existing problems and lays a solid foundation for the service model.
