Analysis of the Standard for the Calculation of the Cost Consulting Fee of the Whole Process of Distribution Network Engineering

In recent years, with the improvement of main power grid construction, distribution network construction projects have increased. In order to make the distribution network project investment effective and rational, it is necessary to carry out scientific cost management. The whole process of cost consultation is of great significance to cost management. At present, the cost consultation for the distribution network project has low estimation precision and many restrictive factors. In view of this situation, this paper applies regression analysis method to the study of calculation standard of distribution network engineering cost consulting fee after studying a large amount of literature. First of all, 27 distribution network projects in different regions were surveyed through questionnaires, and the cost consulting fee was predicted by two models: linear regression and random forest regression, and the numerical relationship between the whole process consulting fee and construction and safety fee was calculated, so as to derive the value of the consulting fee from the construction and safety fee. The results show that the linear regression model is more favourable to the prediction of the whole process cost consulting fee. The results of this study show that: when determining the cost consulting cost of distribution network engineering, the construction and safety cost calculated by the project can be estimated proportionally, and the prediction accuracy established by the regression model reaches more than90%, which can provide a good basis for the development of engineering consulting. The linear regression model is more accurate and easier to master in practice when it is used in research to calculate the consulting cost of distribution network engineering.
