Highway Engineering Acceptance System Scheme Based on Blockchain and Post-Quantum Cryptography
With the rise of quantum computing, traditional highway engineering acceptance systems are facing unprecedented security challenges. This paper proposes a design scheme for a highway engineering completion (handover) acceptance inspection and evaluation system based on blockchain and post-quantum cryptography, aiming to enhance the transparency, security, and quantum computing attack resistance of the acceptance process. By introducing Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC) and Quantum Key Distribution (QKD) technologies, this paper details a secure key management system to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of highway engineering acceptance data.
