Construction of Water Plant Energy Consumption Management System based on Industrial Ethernet Technology
This paper aims to discuss the construction of a waterworks energy consumption management system based on industrial Ethernet technology. By integrating industrial Ethernet technology, the system realizes real-time acquisition, high-speed transmission and efficient processing of water works energy consumption data. The system architecture includes data acquisition layer, data transmission layer, data processing and analysis layer and energy consumption management layer. Each layer is seamlessly connected through industrial Ethernet to ensure the accuracy and real-time data. Through this system, the waterworks can monitor, analyze and control the energy consumption of each link in real time, optimize the energy consumption structure, reduce the energy consumption cost, and improve the operation efficiency. In addition, the system also provides a scientific basis for the energy saving and consumption reduction of the waterworks. It promotes the development of waterworks to green, low-carbon and sustainable direction, and the research of this paper is of great significance to improve the energy consumption management level of waterworks.
