Multi-Stage Decision-Making Models Based On Decision Trees and 0-1 Variable Planning
This paper proposes a multi-stage decision-making model based on decision tree and 0-1 variable planning, aiming at solving complex production management problems in modern manufacturing industry. The article firstly establishes a multi-stage production decision-making model, which realises the optimisation of the whole process from spare parts inspection to finished product inspection and dismantling by specifying the decision variables and cost-benefit formula. Secondly, the impact of key parameters on decision-making results is quantified through sensitivity analysis and comparison of optimal decision-making combinations, which provides a practical method for enterprises to optimise production decision-making. The study not only improves the decision-making efficiency of production management, but also provides theoretical support for future research on decision-making models in related fields.
