Symptom Surveillance and Medical Camp Coordination Platform
Access to quality health care remains a pressing challenge in India, particularly in undeserved regions where medical resources are limited. Delayed medical interventions can exacerbate health conditions, leading to increased morbidity and mortality. While health camps provide temporary relief, they often lack the necessary coordination and data-driven insights to effectively address community health needs. This paper presents a mobile application designed to bridge this gap by allowing users to log personal details and symptoms, creating a direct link between individuals and health care providers. By aggregating symptom data, the application empowers doctors, hospitals, and local authorities to identify areas with high incidences of health issues. This real-time insight facilitates the timely organization of medical camps, ensuring that essential health care services are delivered where they are most needed. Ultimately, the proposed solution aims to create a more responsive and collaborative healthcare framework, enhancing community health outcomes through improved access and coordinated efforts among users, healthcare professionals, and local organizations.
