Mobile Fire Suppression Unit

This project presents a fire-fighting robot designed to autonomously detect and extinguish fires. The robot utilizes Arduino as its microcontroller, incorporating various sensors and actuators to achieve its functionality. A flame sensor and MQ2 gas sensor are employed to detect the presence offire and smoke, respectively. Once a fire is detected, the robot activates a servo motor to position a water pump and relay module, allowing for controlled water discharge. To enhance safety and efficiency, the robot incorporates an SMS and call alert system. When a fire is detected, the robot sends a text message or makes a phone call to designated contacts, notifying them of the emergency. This feature enables timely intervention and reduces potential damage. The robot is powered by a battery, ensuring its mobility and independence in various environments. Overall, this fire-fighting robot demonstrates a practical application of robotics and IoT technologies, offering a valuable tool for fire prevention and response.
