Abstract

Efficient antenna design is crucial for enhancing performance in high-speed broadband wireless communication systems. The paper deals with the design where patch is U-Shape inverted optimized for operation with the resonant frequency of 5.8GHz. The substrate with the value of 4.4 as a dielectric constant named FR-4 is used. This antenna offers a compact and effective solution for various wireless applications. The design was carried out using Computer Simulation Technology software, essential parameters including radiation pattern, Return Loss of −43.9dB, Bandwidth of 730MHz, Voltage Standing Wave Ratio of 1.02, directivity of 5.63dBi, Gain, Axial Ratio and Circular Polarization are comprehensively analyzed. The results from Computer Simulation Technology (CST) software simulations validate the effectiveness of the designed antenna for 5G application, showcasing its potential to improve wireless communication systems.
