LNN Based Analysis of Work Life Balance Effects on Work Engagement and Organizational Productivity in the Textile Industry of Tamil Nadu

Work-life balance, or WLB, is an important factor that affects the engagement of an employee and the effectiveness of an organization as a whole, especially in labour-intensive industries such as textiles. This paper presents a Liquid Neural Network (LNN)-based approach for evaluating and studying the outcomes of work-life balance on employee engagement and organizational efficiency in selective textile companies in the state of Tamil Nadu. LNN differs from traditional machine learning models in its ability to adapt, learn, and analyse in real time, thus making it suitable for studying complicated patterns of employee behaviour and organizational structures. The study combines qualitative and quantitative data from a baseline survey conducted on employees of various textile firms focusing on their responses to key indicators such as job satisfaction, productivity, stress, and retention rates. These variables are processed using LNN to find the complexity of those factors that contribute to WLB and engagement. The model's flexibility permits learning from new organizational policies and changes in the workforce structure, thus improving predictive accuracy and insight for decisions. Findings of this study indicate that if an organization has a well-balanced work environment, employees are engaged, turnover rates are low, and operational performance improves. The LNN model offers a matter-of-fact approach through the use of data that human resource personnel and management need to formulate policies that consider the employee's well-being and the effectiveness of the organization at the same time. This research expands existing literature using Liquid Neural Networks in workforce analytics by showing that it is superior in human resource data, which is fluid and ever-changing. These results augment existing knowledge on AI-based employee engagement solutions and serve as a baseline for industry leaders seeking to improve employee engagement and workforce sustainability in the textile industry.
