Non Invasive Approach to Hemoglobin Monitoring for Enhanced Patient Comfort and Health Efficiency
Anemia is a clinical condition caused due to an insufficient amount of erythrocytes or reduced level of hemoglobin present in the bloodstream. Red blood corpuscules include hemoglobin, which aids to the process of respiration. Anemia is one of the most common disorders and often entails frequent hemoglobin level checks on the patient. Conventional methods of measuring hemoglobin levels are invasive blood tests which are painful, and also requires time, which causes anxiety and is generally a big inconvenience. The focus of this proposal is to create a non invasive but efficient technique of monitoring hemoglobin level in patients. This technology should be cost effective, and simple to handle therefore enhancing the lifestyle of anemic people and alleviating the pressure on healthcare systems.
