Robot for Contagious Patient to Monitor Three Vital Signs with Multiple Care and Teleconferencing
With the use of a database management system, this research aims to build a versatile robotic nurse that would fight the spread of infectious, viral diseases and medical digitization. The robot tackles the difficulties of upholding social distancing and lowering mortality risks connected to conventional healthcare systems. With its multifunctional roles as a monitoring bot, contamination cleaner, care giving bot, and teleconferencing assistance, the robot provides a comprehensive answer for a range of activities in medical environments. It performs contactless assessments of three vital indicators (i.e., temperature, heart rate and oxygen saturation) in its capacity as an emergency nurse, featuring necessary information storage in its database system. The three vital indicators are sent to the IoT platform and shown in real-time on the corresponding screen of medical personnel for prompt monitoring. For nearby control of these medical personnel’s assistant, convenient remote-control feature is installed and kept it as a mobile application-based system to access easily within authorization. It also has a humidifier and disinfection system for sterilizing, which improves contamination precautions even more in medical settings. This type of robot can be a significant leap in the medical practice since it offers multifunctionality and digitization, unlike prior medical robots that were limited to specialized duties. Putting it all up, the robot speeds up the monitoring, care giving and teleconferencing of contagious patient in the medical sector along with lowering the spread of contagious diseases by saving valuable time. This can be a core element for creating a digital Bangladesh in modern healthcare endeavours.
