A Comprehensive IoT Solution for Automated Billing and Interactive Shopping Experiences Through a Smart Trolley

In modern shopping experiences, lengthy billing processes often cause inconvenience. We propose an IoT-based payment transaction system utilizing trolley sensors to streamline this process. Customers can pay bills online through platforms like G-Pay or Paytm by scanning a barcode sensor when adding products to their trolley. The sensor immediately scans the product, whether it is home remedies, stationery, or other items, displaying payment details for easy online transactions. If a customer fails to pay for an item, the sensor alerts the customer and the billing manager. Products can be returned by scanning them again, ensuring they are removed from the bill list. This system eliminates the need for long queues, saving customers time and simplifying the billing process. Additionally, a tab provides real-time updates on daily discounts and special offers, enhancing the shopping experience. When a customer adds or returns a product, RFID tags read the price tags and update the total cost on the display. The tab also plays advertisements and showcases other brand offers and discounts, providing comprehensive product information.
