Fetal Health Management Using Ensemble Learning Techniques and Providing Data Analysis
This work aims to revolutionize fetal health management by developing an advanced, data-driven classification system that leverages powerful and different ensemble learning approach, such as Stacking, Random Forest Gradient Boosting, and, to enhance the accuracy, reliability, and scalability of fetal health predictions. By incorporating these advanced methods, the system can effectively handle complex, multidimensional datasets and provide precise predictions of fetal health outcomes, significantly improving the early detection of potential health risks such as fetal distress, intrauterine growth restriction, and preterm labor. The project covers the entire data pipeline, from data collection, preprocessing, and extraction of features to advanced predictive modeling and real-time analysis, ensuring that healthcare professionals have access to timely, actionable insights that support proactive decision-making. Real-time data processing is at the heart of the system, enabling continuous monitoring and instant alerts that allow healthcare providers to respond to emerging complications without delay. One of the key highlights of this project is the development of an intuitive, user-friendly interface built with Streamlit, which empowers clinicians to seamlessly interact with the system without needing technical expertise. This interface allows for easy input, analysis, and visualization of real-time data, ensuring that healthcare providers can efficiently interpret results and make informed decisions. The combination of real-time analytics, coupled with power of ensemble learning algorithms, allows for the system's scalability and adaptability, making it appropriate for diverse healthcare environments.
