Machine Learning Based Jaundice Detection for Neonates
The prediction of jaundice stages using supervised machine learning involves developing a model that can classify patients into different stages of jaundice based on relevant features extracted from medical data. Jaundice, a condition characterized by yellowing of the skin and eyes due to elevated levels of bilirubin in the blood, can progress through various stages, ranging from mild to severe. By leveraging supervised machine learning techniques, such as classification algorithms, this study aims to accurately predict the stage of jaundice in patients using input features such as bilirubin levels, liver function tests, patient demographics, and medical history. The abstract of this research title would outline the significance of predicting jaundice stages for timely intervention and treatment planning, the methodology employed in developing the predictive model, and the potential implications for healthcare providers in optimizing patient care and management of jaundice-related conditions.
