Domestic historians study the economic, political, social, and cultural processes in Asian countries, gradually moving away from Eurocentric approaches. An important research direction is the analysis of Ukrainian-Asian relations in an international context. At the same time, several issues remain, such as the insufficient use of Eastern languages and sources, which necessitates further development of scientific infrastructure and the strengthening of international cooperation.
