Influencia de las actividades académicas en el aprendizaje entorno a la educación virtual: experiencia en tres universidades colombianas

The research examines the impact of academic activities on learning around virtual education in three Colombianuniversities. The approach is a descriptive quantitative study, in which 1628 undergraduate students from EANUniversity, Politécnico Grancolombiano, and Fundación Universitaria del Área Andina participated. The sampleconsidered three stages: the beginning of the degree (first semester), the middle of the training process (fourth and fifth semesters), and the final stage (eighth and ninth semesters). The data collection was carried out simultaneously, acknowledging that the students in each semester were different cohorts. The results of thestudy showed that virtual students at the beginning and middle of the program use technological tools to accessinformation and independently search for the resources they need to complete various academic activities.
