Research on the High-Quality Development Strategy of Elderly Care Service in the Urban Village Renovation Community—A Comparative Case Study Based on Wuhan

城中村改造社区作为一种从农村村落演变至城市社区的过渡型社区，一方面由于建成时间短、管理体制尚不健全等，在发展养老服务的过程中存在诸多问题，另一方面又具备天然的熟人社会关系网络，有利于整合养老服务资源。因此，本文通过对武汉市4个社区做关于养老服务的深入研究，以期探寻城中村社区养老服务高质量发展路径。通过案例比较，本文总结了城中村改造社区发展养老服务的优势、劣势、机会和威胁，以及已有经验与现存问题。最后，本文从养老服务设施、养老服务模式、资源整合、专业化等角度提出城中村改造社区养老服务高质量发展的建议。As a transitional community that evolves from rural villages to urban communities, there are many problems in the process of developing elderly care services due to the short construction time and imperfect management system. On the other hand, it has a natural social network of acquaintances, which is conducive to the integration of elderly care service resources. Therefore, this paper conducts in-depth research on elderly care services in four communities in Wuhan City, in order to explore the high-quality development path of elderly care services in urban village renovation communities. Through case comparison, this paper summarizes the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of urban village renovation communities development of elderly care services, as well as the existing experience and existing problems. Finally, this paper puts forward suggestions for the high-quality development of community elderly care services from the perspectives of elderly care service facilities, elderly care service models, resource integration, and specialization.
