A Study on Patient Experience-Centered Healthcare Service Design Based on Transitional Care of Discharged Patients - Focused on a Case of COPD
본 연구는 COPD(만성 폐쇄성 폐질환) 환자의 퇴원 이후 전환기에서 발생하는 문제를 중심으로, 사용자 경험 기반의 서비스디자인 접근을 통해 환자 중심의 의료서비스 개선 방향을 제안하였다. 정성적 조사(FGI, 쉐도잉, 생활관찰)를 통해 다양한 이해관계자의 경험을 분석하고, 퇴원계획, 의료 연계, 자가관리, 피드백의 4단계 모형을 도출하였다. 이는 통합적 돌봄체계 설계의 기반이 될 수 있다.
