Spectroscopic behaviours of a newly synthesized benzimidazole probe (EBINP) with native and denatured bovine serum albumin supported by docking and molecular dynamics
A newly synthesized benzimidazole derivative, EBINP, can be used as an extrinsic probe to study native BSA and SDS-induced denatured BSA. Additionally, EBINP serves as a good quencher and Fe 3+ sensor.
