The influence of psychophysiological factors on truck drivers
This paper examines the influence of psychophysiological factors on truck drivers, whose activities are characterized by a high level of danger, concentration and rapid response to possible emergencies. In this regard, a number of problems were identified, including psychoemotional stress, insufficient attention to the level of fatigue and the impact of night work on drivers' performance, which could lead to an increase in traffic accidents. In order to solve these problems, measures were proposed aimed at optimizing work and rest regimes, the introduction of psychological relief programs and regular health monitoring. In addition, a systematic approach to driver training was considered with the introduction of innovative technologies to reduce the impact of the human factor, which contributed to improving road safety and reducing the number of accidents.
