Developing strategies for the reproduction of intellectual capital in the context of digital transformation

The work is devoted to developing strategies for the optimal use of human resources of enterprises in the context of the digital transformation of the economy. The study presents behavioral mechanisms and technologies such as artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms and big data analysis methods used in the management of knowledge and competencies of personnel. Theoretical and methodological approaches have been applied, which are considered key to the sustainable development of socioeconomic sectors. Based on the properties of intellectual capital — creativity, technology, awareness — a conceptual model of development strategy in the digital economy is proposed. The model adapts to enterprise-specific parameters during the implementation of import substitution strategies. To improve the model, algorithms for choosing the optimal strategy through the rational management of knowledge and information unique to each enterprise are presented. In the future, approaches to replacing imported products with the use of intellectual capital are considered, which will increase the competitiveness of Russian enterprises in the international market. The conclusions and recommendations obtained in the work can be useful for government and corporate structures interested in modernizing production and management systems and sustainable development in the digital economy.
