Study on the Development Path of Agricultural Career Managers in Baoding City under Rural Revitalization

本文首先阐述保定市农业职业经理人的发展现状，然后从选拔机制、培训方式、实施效果、未来趋势几个方面来分析保定市农业职业经理人在发展过程中遇到的问题。最后，从健全选拔机制、优化培训方式、重视实施效果与明确未来发展趋势等方面提出可行性建议，旨在提高农业职业经理人的发展质量与人才输出，为乡村振兴增添人才力量。This paper firstly expounds the development status of agricultural professional managers in Baoding city and then analyzes the problems encountered by agricultural professional managers in Baoding city in the process of development from the aspects of selection mechanism, training method, implementation effect and future trend. Finally, some feasible suggestions are put forward from the aspects of improving the selection mechanism, optimizing the training method, attaching importance to the implementation effect and clarifying the future development trend, aiming to improve the development quality and talent export of agricultural professional managers and add talent strength to the rural revitalization.
