Problems of the microrajon low-density housing, the impact of poor-quality spatial solutions on the environment and people`s life
The article presents an analysis of the density of a typical micro-district residential multi-apartment building. The article considers how insufficient building density creates poor-quality spatial solutions, which in turn affect people's lives, creating a poor-quality environment. Microrajons play an important role in the planning and development of cities and contribute to improving the quality of life of residents. Microrajons can be useful for organizing the lives of residents in large cities and settlements, but there are various problems and issues that may arise in the context of their development and functioning. The article also offers the main principles of a quality environment, their typology, examples of spatial solutions that are needed to create a comfortable space for human life and functioning. The presented main spaces of archetypes play an important role in the formation of spaces. In fact, the described disadvantages of microrajon development can be compensated for by densifying the development. But the methods of this consolidation must all be subject to the principles of creating clear and archetypal spaces described in the article. That is, every person who is in the middle of these spaces, after the reconstruction, must understand in which space he is. Whether it is a street, a square, a yard, a park, or a children's space. Such a structure will always create a high-quality and comfortable environment for people. But it is very important to create these environments correctly, in the right proportions, with a high-quality planning structure, with respect for the existing green spaces, historical heritage, opportunities of the country's economy, existing engineering networks.
