Analysis of the Efficacy of Early Rehabilitation Therapy and Postoperative Recovery in Elderly Patients with Femoral Neck Fractures

(P P Objective: To investigate the effects of early rehabilitation therapy in elderly patients with femoral neck fractures. Methods: From January 2024 to January 2025, 100 elderly patients with femoral neck fractures admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into two groups based on postoperative rehabilitation methods, receiving early rehabilitation therapy and conventional treatment, respectively, to compare the therapeutic outcomes between the two groups. Results: The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (P P > 0.05), but significant differences were observed after treatment (P P < 0.05). Conclusion: Early rehabilitation therapy for elderly patients with femoral neck fractures can improve their quality of life and limb function, significantly alleviate pain, and shorten postoperative recovery time, demonstrating notable efficacy.
