Research Progress of Traditional Chinese Medicine Treatment for Non-Specific Low Back Pain

非特异性腰痛是临床常见的腰痛类型，其病因复杂且难以明确归因于特定的结构损伤。本文综述了非特异性腰痛的中医治疗，旨在为临床医生提供全面的参考，以便更好地管理和治疗非特异性腰痛患者，为了更好地探索中医药治疗非特异性腰痛的临床疗效，笔者查阅相关的文献现综述如下。Non-specific low back pain is a common clinical type of low back pain, characterized by complex etiology and difficulty in attributing it to specific structural damage. This article reviews the traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) treatment for non-specific low back pain, aiming to provide clinicians with comprehensive references for better management and treatment of patients with this condition. To further explore the clinical efficacy of TCM in treating non-specific low back pain, the authors reviewed relevant literature, and the findings are summarized as follows.
