Metamodeling of physical reality in the digital fractal of human life activity space
For the creative process of an urban architect, a very important component is systemic and spatial thinking, which is necessary to create the unity of nature and anthropogenic systems, such as settlement and infrastructure, while ensuring the process of sustainable development of society as a whole. The main tasks of an architect's creativity are the harmonization of the environment, achieving a balance between natural components and the urbanized environment, between man and nature. The unity of nature, social demand and the corresponding anthropogenic systems (settlement and infrastructure systems) determine the method of organizing a viable environment. The material of this study concerns the activities of architects in relation to territories that have suffered significant material, spatial and spiritual losses in recent years. In today's conditions, when urban space has lost the signs of the identity of a place, the task of forming conceptual meta-models of the destroyed physical reality in virtual space is relevant. The author considers the issue of modeling the process of creating a concept for restoring the human living space based on the paradigm of “physical reality – digital virtuality”. In the process of rebuilding the most damaged and destroyed cities and settlements, approaches and architectural solutions are being sought to restore the lost urban environment – the environment where people lived, worked, rested, played sports, etc. Each city had its own identity. Its own code. The code of humanity. An extremely important feature is the identity and code of the living environment. These are features that residents recognize and feel at a subconscious level. Therefore, in the author’s opinion, these characteristics cannot be created from “0”. It is necessary to model the situation. In this study, it is proposed to create a digital fractal of the human living space using metamodeling methods based on information about the environment that was, but is lost today.
