Abstract

The approaches of scientists to determining the diagnostics of the enterprise and the goals of its implementation are studied. The subjects in the diagnostics system of the strategic development of an industrial enterprise and the vectors of their focus in obtaining evaluation and analytical information are determined. The significance and interrelationships of strategic planning with the diagnostic processes of the enterprise in the direction of ensuring the effective formation and development of a development strategy are characterized. In the enterprise management system, it is the planning function that directs the activities of structural units in order to achieve the formed tasks, implement plans and projects with the simultaneous optimal use of financial and resource support and approaches to solving emerging business problems. The foundations of the formation of information and analytical support for conducting diagnostic research and making informed management decisions by responsible managers of the enterprise are studied. A separate important aspect of making decisions aimed at the strategic development of the enterprise is the nature of financial and analytical information data, which must fully disclose all production, financial, and management processes at the enterprise with the possibility of monitoring and controlling them. The methods (modeling, functional-cost and structural-functional analysis) used by managers in the process of diagnostic research and decision-making are substantiated. The industrial enterprise diagnostics system enables management personnel to ensure the effectiveness of the processes of forming and implementing a development strategy, increasing profitability, competitiveness. The principles used in the formation of a diagnostic system for the strategic development of an industrial enterprise are systematized. The relationship between the diagnostics of the strategic European integration development of industrial enterprises and the development and implementation of strategic business guidelines is determined.
