The principles include: prioritization of the goals and objectives of innovative development; focus on final demand and the formation of needs related to the results of innovative activity; forward-looking orientation of innovative activity; management based on systems analysis and forecasting; application of a scientific approach to innovation-related decision-making; effectiveness and efficiency in the implementation of innovations across development, management, and production; clear distribution of powers and responsibilities, and the establishment of appropriate institutions; elimination of organizational resistance to change; continuity of innovation processes at all levels of management and production; study and adaptation of the experience of leading domestic and foreign enterprises in the field of innovative development; informatization at all levels of the enterprise’s innovation system.
