Вопросы взаимодействия тутового щелкопряда со средой

In the article, the applicant conducted experiments changing the variation in the amount of proteins in the silkworm by testing chemicals and biostimulants during the period of feeding and molting during the transition of the life cycle from one age to the next, and as a result, the change in the amount of protein that affects the viability of the silkworm was analyzed. A study was carried out on caterpillars of 2 breeds (Japanese 120, Ipakchi 2 of the Ipakchi 2 x Japanese 120 system, Japanese 120 x Ipakchi 2). Feeding worms in the experiments conducted as part of the research work was carried out in the spring season of 2021-2024. Unfavorable conditions, limited by the norm for determining the amount of protein and other vital components, were created artificially. An experimental study to establish the persistence and degree of change in economic traits was carried out according to the following quantitative characteristics: caterpillar viability, percentage of sick caterpillars, and cocoon weight. Such breeds or lines have been identified that easily tolerate the above stress conditions of silkworm breeds more adapted to various stress factors. From the listed results of the experiments, the following conclusions can be drawn: In the study and analysis of protein synthesis in caterpillars, during the transition from one period to another, proteins significantly exceed proteins from the second and third periods from 57% to 77%. Protein synthesis increased significantly by 53% and proteins decreased by 21% in stress-infected people with VNP diseases compared to healthy quartz caterpillars.
