Abstract

The article focuses on the analysis of the educational and professional program "Computer Mathematics" for bachelor's degree students in the specialty 111 Mathematics at Vinnytsia State Pedagogical University named after Mykhailo Kotsiubynskyi. The "Computer Mathematics" program aims to prepare specialists capable of applying mathematical methods to solve practical problems. An essential component of this preparation is the practical training, which includes both academic and production internships. Practical training is crucial for developing the professional skills of students, as it allows them to apply theoretical knowledge in real-world conditions. This contributes to the formation of competencies necessary for addressing contemporary scientific and applied challenges. The article analyzes the content of the educational components of the program that correspond to academic and production internships. The academic internship involves tasks related to the development of mathematical models, data analysis, and the application of mathematical methods in various fields of science and technology. The production internship takes place at enterprises and institutions, giving students the opportunity to interact directly with professionals and gain practical experience. This combination of academic and production internships enables students to better understand labor market requirements and enhance their competitiveness. The analysis reveals that the "Computer Mathematics" program fosters deep theoretical knowledge and practical skills that are essential for successful professional activity.
