Aromorphosis of the "Labor" Category as Part of the Global Societal Transformation: Knowledge, Creativity, Noonomy

The article examines the problem of changes in the substance of labor in the context of deep civilizational shifts that have emerged in recent decades. The impending crisis of the socio-economic system of human civilization leads to the transition of this system to a new stage of development, defined as noonomy in the article. At the same time, the basis of the emerging changes is the growing role of knowledge in the production process, which leads to an increase in the knowledge intensity of production technologies and the knowledge intensity of the product. Such a change in the role of knowledge leads to a change in the substance of labor. It also becomes knowledge-intensive. In order for knowledge in the labor process to be implemented in the product of labor, creativity is a necessary part of the labor process. With the increasing knowledge of the intensity of labor, not only the role of creativity grows, but the creative potential of the person engaged in such labor also increases. This leads to an increase in labor productivity, and at the same time, to a reduction in the time required for human labor activity. A person gradually withdraws from the direct work process. In practice, the change in the substance of labor is reflected in the growing intensity of innovation processes and the increasing importance of the so-called "creative industries". This trend, which has clearly manifested itself in developed countries, requires targeted support in the Russian economy.
