Managing Intellectual Elements of the Innovation Process as a Factor of Increasing Organization Efficiency
The paper identifies the intellectual elements of the innovation process that affect its effectiveness. The first stage of the innovation process is associated with the generation of knowledge and the creative activity of the author, which is characterized by weak legal protection and the impossibility of its full assessment. The paradox of openness, the need to control the amount of knowledge for the exchange of it between organizations requires the development of a strategy to expand the boundaries of the legal protection of the OIC while respecting the interests of all stakeholders on the basis of trust mechanisms. The division of intellectual elements into impact objects made it possible to identify areas for improving the development of the innovation process. It is established that the continuous improvement of intellectual capital and investments in it by the organization, as well as the freedom of the author based on commercialization, form a new model of cooperation. This model includes not only decent pay and career growth, but also the participation of the author in the management of the company and the distribution of income from the use of IPOs. The revealed contradiction between the creation and appropriation of RID necessitates the inclusion of certain categories in civil circulation, the unification of terminology in law and economics, and the simplification of mechanisms for securing IPR rights. At the same time, intellectual elements are understood as the creative components of the innovation process, ideas, knowledge, and RID, which, as a result of their transformation, are capable of making a profit.
