Methodological Basis and Praxis of the Organization Process of the Regional Financial Strategy Implementation

Ensuring the effectiveness of regional financial systems strategizing requires the formation of a unified methodological approach, its development and implementation in the practice of regional strategizing. If in the theory and practice of strategizing the issues of strategy development are given significant attention, then the tools, stages and methods of implementing regional financial strategies have been studied very little. The article provides a rationale for the need to form a unified methodological approach to organizing the process of implementing regional financial strategies, and proposes its conceptual scheme. Elements of the system of strategic motivation of participants in regional financial relations at the stages of implementing regional financial strategies are highlighted.
