Subconjunctival Steroids for Conjunctival Benign Reactive Lymphoid Hyperplasia
This case series underscores the effectiveness of intralesional subconjunctival triamcinolone acetate as an effective treatment option for CBRLH. The rapid and sustained resolution of lesions highlights the potential role of subconjunctival steroid therapy in the management of this condition. Further research may help establish standardised guidelines for optimal treatment strategies.
