Study on Industrial Motor Speed Control Strategy Based on ADRC-MPC Current Prediction
As industrial automation and motor control technology continue to evolve, the need for high-performance motor control strategies is growing. This paper presents a current predictive control strategy for permanent magnet synchronous motors (PMSM), integrating Model Predictive Control (MPC) with Active Disturbance Rejection Control (ADRC), aiming to satisfy the demands for high-speed response and stability in industrial conveyor systems. The simulation results in the MATLAB environment demonstrate that this strategy has significant advantages over traditional control methods in multiple dimensions. Among these, the response time for three-phase current startup improved by 20%, significantly boosting the system's dynamic performance. Furthermore, the motor speed fluctuation remains within 0.5% under load disturbances, showing exceptional anti-disturbance ability. This research offers dependable theoretical backing and technical support for PMSM control systems in industrial transport applications, with the potential to drive further advancements in high-performance motor control technology.
