Research and Application of Grey Assessment Model of Dike Risk Based on ISM-ANP
As an important infrastructure to resist flood, dyke project has the risk of shipwreck due to the complexity of its structure and operating conditions. The risk evaluation index system of levee was constructed from four aspects, including the risk of disaster causing factors, the sensitivity of the pregnant environment, the vulnerability of the disaster bearing body and the ability of disaster prevention and mitigation. The Interpretive Structural Model (ISM) was used to analyze the relationships between evaluation indexes, and the index weight was determined by Analytic Network Process (ANP). On this basis, based on the Grey theory, the comprehensive risk evaluation model is established to determine the comprehensive risk level of levees. Taking a section of the Yangtze River embankment in Wuhan city as an example to carry out risk assessment, the scientific and applicability of the grey risk assessment model based on ISM-ANP proposed in this paper are verified.
