High-Precision Dynamic Control Method for Water Pressure Based on Sliding Mode Control
To meet the requirements for precise control of dynamic hydraulic pressure variations in the performance testing of underwater special equipment, this paper proposes a high-precision hydraulic pressure control method based on a sliding mode control (SMC) strategy, targeting the highly dynamic and strongly nonlinear characteristics of hydraulic pressure control systems. Traditional PID control methods struggle to satisfy robustness and adaptability demands in dynamic environments, while sliding mode control, with its strong suppression capability against external disturbances and system uncertainties, serves as an effective solution to such challenges. By designing sliding mode surfaces and integrating an indirect compensation mechanism, the dynamic performance and steady-state accuracy of the control system are further enhanced. A comprehensive simulation model of the system is established, and simulation results demonstrate that the proposed system and control scheme achieve precise pressure regulation within the range of 0 to 20 MPa, fulfilling the requirements of practical engineering applications.
