Robust Current Predictive Control for IPMSM Based on Parameter Identification
For Interior Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motors (IPMSMs), the deadbeat predictive current control employing the incremental model boasts the advantages of low computational complexity and the absence of current errors during the system's stable operation. Nevertheless, its stable operating region shrinks and instability tends to emerge when motor parameters vary. Aiming at strengthening the dynamic capability and stability of the IPMSM control system in the context of motor parameter variations, this paper presents a new current predictive control method with an incremental model that enjoys a relatively wide stable operating range. Furthermore, a parameter identification method combining novel fuzzy logic control with Model Reference Adaptive Control (MRAC) is proposed for real-time correction of motor parameter values. This method augments the control accuracy of the system. Eventually, simulation outcomes verify the viability of the presented approach.
