SENSORES VIBRATÓRIOS
The theme of this work is the relevance of vibratory sensors. Where the objective is to address the application in machines and understand how it works, its importance and how much it is used in factories and industries. Vibratory sensors, commonly applied to mechanical machines that produce parts and equipment on a long scale or not, also inserted in a range of cognitive sense activities, with the ability to collect data on a series of possible equipment failures and store this information for analysis, but depth with a focus on predictive maintenance. The collected data is analyzed and interpreted by maintenance with the aim of evaluating the useful life of the mechanical mechanisms of the machines in question that are being addressed, for a possible scheduled shutdown of the equipment with the purpose of improvements in the production line such as time, operational cost , greater productivity, that is, minimizing possible unscheduled downtime due to damaged parts.
