Feasibility of endocardial left bundle branch pacing in a 3-month-old with complete congenital atrioventricular heart block: A case report
Congenital complete atrioventricular block (CAVB) is a rare condition characterized by atrioventricular dissociation diagnosed either in utero or within the first month of life. This condition encompasses terms used for patients with idiopathic, autoimmune, or even infectious atrioventricular block1, typically irreversible. However, these patients will often require pacemaker implantation at some point, usually early in their lives2,3.
