SIMBA: RESULTADOS PRÁTICOS DE PESQUISAS PATRIMONIAIS EM DIREITO DO TRABALHO

This study analyzes the effectiveness of the Banking Movements Investigation System (Simba) in resolving labor lawsuits in the execution phase within TRT 15. The study was based on data (154 records) from the Labor Court of Pirassununga, protected under the LGPD. The data was disposed in a bar chart. The research demonstrated that Simba allowed the resolution of 80 out of 154 analyzed cases, highlighting its relevance in locating assets and ensuring compliance with labor credits. It is concluded that the use of Simba represents progress in labor execution, enhancing credit recovery efficiency, contributing to procedural speed and, in the end, helping the judiciary system by reducing the backlog of pending cases.
