Tribal Development in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh: A Historical Study on the Socio-economic Life of Tribes

The present paper is an examination of the historical tribal development in the erstwhile Andhra Pradesh state with respect to the socio-economic life of the tribes. The main purpose of this article is to bring out the government programs and schemes that are designed especially for the growth and development of tribal communities during the post-independence scenario.
