Factors of the external environment influencing the formation of information and analytical support systems for business management

For companies focused on improving their own competitiveness, the creation of information and analytical management support systems (SIAO) is of crucial importance, since such systems provide the management of organizations with all the necessary information to make effective management decisions and choose the best possible option. The SIAO plays a special role in managing the financial and economic condition of the subjects, which is due to a whole range of different factors, including external and internal. The systematization of such factors plays an important role in the development of the SIAO and the definition of its functionality. The article identifies the main groups of environmental factors and characterizes them from the perspective of the formation of the SIAO.
