SENTIMENT-BASED FEEDBACK ANALYSIS SYSTEM

Abstract - Feedback analysis is important to know the satisfaction of the user, improve service and take decision. A Sentiment Based Feedback Analysis System which uses NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques to classify feedback into positives, neutral and negative is proposed. The system is developed in Django, uses the MySQL as database and Text-Blob and Vader as sentiment libraries in Python. An admin dashboard allows visualization and filtering of sentiment trends for informed strategic academic or service decisions.
